I suppose you could say there are more minorities in jail, but minorities tend to be more on the poverty line which is an easy explanation, I would be interested in a study on the treatment of only those in poverty. Illegal immigrants should be deported, legal immigrants should not be. The US is not a utopia, but my point was china is looking more and more like Big Brother in 1984.
