I was imagining even lower tech than that: bus drivers would have a wheel mounted trigger, and thumb it every time they drive by a double-parked car or a car in the bus lane. The NYPD would have a person whose job was to load the bus-mounted video, jump to the triggered time stamps, review and issue tickets… I figure they could get through about one citation per minute? Then I imagine the legislature of Albany dying with laughter…
