That's Apple showing you App Store promotions based on the searches you're typing in from the App Store and is completely localized to the App Store and App Store search. It's what allows you to go to the App Store and have the McDonald's sponsored ad show up when you visit a McDonald's. The only information being sent is your search term, anonymously, and the location-based ads are served based on iBeacons. None of your personal info is ever sent outgoing from your phone.
