Ah yes - empower politicians with regulatory powers, and expect them to not use it to their advantage while in power. Lest we forget, everything from gerrymandering to supposedly non-partisan agencies like the FCC have taken giant craps on the general public, and sided with the party in power. Hopefully, this never becomes law
