Google is big, free, and UNRELIABLE !!! That's what these horror stories teach us, time after time (mail account closed without notice or appeal anybody?). Not because of technology (Google seem to have this quite good) but because it DOESN'T WANT to understand that customer services is about process, people and problems that need to be handled by humans. As long as Google wont be able to REALLY commit to customer services, I wont use it for any business critical mission.
