Find a new topic of concern for your intended audience/echo chamber and repeat. Leader of X country is related to leader of Y country. This is evidence of a back room secret cabal, a nepotistic dynasty stretching all the way back to the [American revolution, English Monarchy, time of Christ, Catholic church]. Now that we've cleared up that bit of history it's clear to see that the current situation is designed to [undermine, enslave, confuse, take over, destroy, conceal] the fact that [popular news item, pop culture figure, first world leader, common everyman problem] is actually a secret ... bah I'm tired of this, you get the point.
