Probably should link the list of things banned and things not banned: https://www.epa.gov/asbestos/us-federal-bans-asbestos https://www.epa.gov/asbestos/us-federal-bans-asbestos As I understand this is a substance you really don’t want to break down and get airborne, so felts made with it are super hazardous. Stuff like vinyl tile with it really only poses a risk if you’re grinding/sanding it or its prone to some form of decomposition (like from water damage)
