- ugotsta 8y agomurder: the unlawful premeditated killing of one human being by another. If a legal system grants the death penalty, it isn't murder under that legal system.
- ugotsta 8y agoThat same 4%+ would exist with or without the death penalty so the death penalty isn't the problem. It should be unacceptable that any innocent people suffer under false judgement.
- arcticbull 8y agoAh yes, the old "beatings aren't working, BEAT HARDER." Easier than a systemic rethink anyways.
