- Fnoord 8y agoIIRC the bus of the NIC is shared with USB which is USB (v2) which is 480 Mbps or about half of 1 Gbps. If you care about throughput, don't use the USB ports when you care about it. But either way, 100 Mbps is more than fine for a Pi-Hole. I'd worry more about any possible latency overhead.
