Ask HN: Anybody following the ketogenic diet?

Saw this documentary called Magic pill on Netflix and the benefits of Keto diet look really unbelievable. Did some research and unfortunately I am not able to decide (just too much information, paywalls, affiliate links, etc). So wondering if any HNers have tried it and what have been your results?
