Another book recommendation is Air Vagabonds, by Anthony Vallone [1]. Lots of hilarious anecdotes about the world of small plane ferrying and its colorful cast of characters. One of my favorite parts is the story of a ferry pilot who hits a giraffe while flying low over Botswana to stay awake.
