If you don’t want to explain or share, I don’t want you on my team.
- closeparen 8y agoI’m confident I can identify some interval at which you don’t want to explain or share, either. For example, every 30 seconds. Explaining and sharing are important. The difference between micromanagement and management is, IMO, somewhere between daily and quarterly.
