In a previous job, I was unhappy with the keyboard I had and took my Model M to work. It was so loud I had to stop typing whenever the coworker I shared the office with was on the phone. Which was kind of a lot. Later, I gave that keyboard to my parents, thinking they might feel more at home with it. They did not, though, and threw the keyboard out. They are lucky I love them very much.
