Well, a bit off-topic but all this naming chaos has gone way too far. Kafka/Faust and so on and so on. I found it really disturbing the way we treat and abuse such meaningful heritage.

- ds0 8y agoI wouldn't worry about it too much. The vast difference in contexts (literary circles, high school classrooms VS. HN comment pages, Slack chatrooms, developer podcasts) ensures there isn't any confusion. If anything, the choice of name speaks to the importance of its source.
