It's insane how much money some people spend on weddings. All of the ones we've had in my family have been much more low-key type parties, just getting the families together and having some good food and drink together. I would hate to be at one of those stuffy "high-class" super expensive weddings. Just let me sit down with friends and family over a nice dinner, maybe a few speeches and silly songs, and then lounge afterwards with a few beers and shoot the breeze.
