That's the whole point of ethics & morality, though: refraining from what benefits us immediately because it's wrong. And just as it's wrong to kill the old lady next door to steal her house, it's wrong to turn a product-listing site into a JavaScript-laden monstrosity so terrible my phone becomes painfully hot to the touch.
