My dad (retired) was a career public employee. He paid into his pension every month of his entire career. He earned every damn penny he's getting right now.
- zzleeper 8y agoStatistically speaking, he didn't. What he paid was way lower than the expected vsñue of what he'll get. That's the entire idea of a pyramid pension scheme.
