doesn't tea contain l-theanine?
- ninjakeyboard 8y agoYes it does. But not in large quantities. The study doesn't seem to suggest very large doses of L-Theanine were used either though. I usually take 5-10x what they were using in the study :P maybe I should reconsider my dosing.
