What is your coffee to theanine ratio?
- zolthrowaway 8y agoNot OP, but me 2.5:1 theanine to caffeine. 500mg theanine, 200mg caffeine. It really does wonders for me personally.
- rufio1 8y agoSomewhere around 1:2 Caffeine:L-Theanine. I think a standard cup for me is around 95MG Caffeine: 200MG L-Theanine
