One thing that I miss from this list are Lattice's breakout boards. You get board with all the FPGA/CPLD pins broken out onto 0.1" headers, integrated USB programmer, 5V input power supply cascade, few LEDs and nothing much else for price that is comparable to the part itself in one-off quantities. Edit: I'm not sure that Lattice still sells these minimal development boards.
