I typed at 105wpm when I was 20. QWERTY keyboard, no training, just six fingers, one thumb, youth on my side, and a lot of practice. If you can deploy 20% more digits, and have an expert on hand during the early stages to give you advice on form and technique, then I'd expect 120wpm to be attainable...
