OK, maybe ACLU stumbled a bit by using a low (?) 80% confidence threshold.
But I wonder how much over-fitting occurs at the AMZN-recommended 99%? Is a 99% fit scalable? What's the false-negative rate?
I'm not satisfied that either side has made a convincing argument.
