This is disappointing. Our compliance department requires an on prem solution. I don't necessarily agree, but convincing them is a challenge. We've been using RocketChat. The experience has been great, but it's becoming more critical to our business and harder to manage. We were starting to look at HipChat as a replacement as we already have a large Atlassian deployment. Maybe Mattermost is worth a look?
