- wildrhythms 8y agoI think this has less to do with California's "government service" and more with general mismanagement. This kind of thing probably happens at every job, and a competent supervisor would have recognized and corrected this at the very first infraction. - mc32 8y agoWith this s kind of history of brazen dusregard for your responsibilities, this person will do this many times over. If they eant to fire her, they will get their chance sooner or later, all they have to do is br dilligent.
