I assume the ship's surface has to be perfectly level and no (close to zero) wind and wave. Curious what the minimal wind, wave requirements for such landing.

  They've only had 1 time that they had to forgo a barge landing because the sea was too rough, Hispasat 30W-6. Plenty of history to go from.

  The seas were apparently rougher than they've ever attempted a landing with before.
