That's been the thing preventing me from going longer, girlfriends don't take kindly to the lack of action between the sheets. On electrolytes, last time I fasted for 5 days I only drank Snake Juice (salts dissolved in water taken through the day) and it did wonders for me. The guy promoting it is more than a little on the wacko side, but he hit the nail on the head with that recipe.
