This is great. Countries and governments have the power to make the future they want happen. Often we see that power used to stifel innovation and subsidize failing incumbents to protect jobs. Investing in technology research that'll be better for the planet (and China's smog problem) in a way that actually brings prices down long term and not just subsidize purchasing the technology in the short term is a good thing. I hope this continues.
