For what tasks do you intend to use the computer?
- reaperducer 8y agoEverything that computers were used for before the internet?
- Bromskloss 8y agoYeah, what was that, really? Typing QBASIC programs from paper into the computer? Using it as a fancy typewriter? Calculating ballistic trajectories? That's all I can remember.
- reaperducer 8y agoI'd write an enormous list here, but it's probably easier and more educational for you to go to archive.org and look at the software ads in pretty much any issue of Byte magazine before 1990.
- Bromskloss 8y agoWe can also ask what we use the computer for now, for which we don't need the Internet.
