At the zoo years ago, my kids and I saw a bunch of monkeys playing in their enclosure — and pissing and shitting wherever they felt like it. Of course, it was the zoo staff who had to clean up the resulting messes. I think of those monkeys whenever some executives and their political allies complain about the regulations that keep them from making big messes for the taxpayers to clean up.
