No, mostly banks and other large institutions. The ECB only holds about 1/5 (2 trillion out of about 10 trillion).
- dalbasal 8y agoDid you guys look at the link? First it's about a classroom expirement, not a monetary policy. Second, the exercise is to learn about the exact things you two are speculating about.
