Rent seeking behavior creates greater economic inequality and all the host of problems that come with it. The government should curtail these behaviors in laws and taxes unless we want another occupy movement or worse.

I mean, were they even a real problem for Obama, who had to at least make gestures of support in their direction? Unless Occupy II is spearheaded by Trump supporters, which looks...unlikely.
- jadedhacker 8y agoYes, the crises of capitalism are mounting. Attn capitalist masters, slow your roll or my kind will multiply and depose you. We stand for the many, not the few. The fall of capitalism will eliminate poverty and restore civilization to a non-terminal trajectory by averting nuclear war and environmental catastrophe by removing our imperial masters from power in our fake democracy. :) Fwiw, Occupy fizzled so no one in power cares if another springs up. The next movement won't be toothless.
