"I've always had trouble reading social cues, but in the strip club, where rules and roles are crystal clear, I finally learned to connect." I work in IT and I find this to be very true, personally. I'm not a socialite and wouldn't talk to strangers at a party, but customer phone calls are not that. We're both there for a purpose and working to meet our goals together through banter and small talk is a non-issue.
