- rebuilder 8y agoPresumably, escrow would be the blockhainy solution to this. 2-of-3 key signatures required to release payment, so at the end of a ride, both parties need to agree all was in order, or file a dispute with the escrow provider. Blockhain shenanigans aside, it seems to me Uber could provide escrow here. It would at least remove this problem of after-the-fact surprise charges.
