GDPR still applies. This is personal information about you, so you can make them delete it. The fact that they got the information from someone else is irrelevant.
(Imho. Not a lawyer.)
- antsar 8y agoSure, but deleting it doesn't do much good if they're going to get a new copy of the same information from someone else a week later.
