This is good advice. I've come to the conclusion that, when suggesting almost anything to do with Development, I really need to be at pains to prevent it being received that the answer is always either Black or White at all times. It's hard to get across that the answer is usually one of the Greys and, even then, the shade will probably vary a little from time to time. Rules are the children of Principles, they're important handrails as you're learning but to progress from there you have to understand the Principles behind them and how they confirm or contradict eachother.
