You can click anywhere on a note to insert an image element, but yeah drag-and-drop would be cool. You can quickly add a sketch by clicking on an empty note and then insert a "drawing" element. It'll also work with the Surface pens. I really appreciate the comparison, I don't use Apple notes so it's nice to know what they offer. Thanks for the feedback.
