Tapioca Express ("TapEx" to its teenage regulars) is the one across Villa from Red Rock. I agree, it's always got a few flies buzzing around and the drinks are a bit too syrupy. Now, Tea Era, that's the good stuff, especially the cheese milk tea. Seriously.
