I think its that no-one thinks "Obviously death threats are unacceptable and the perpetrators deserve severe legal consequences" requires a but after it.
- root_axis 8y agoSee my reply to lfam. In short, what I wrote after the "but" does not contradict what I wrote before it. e.g. "I went to the store but I didn't have any money."
