The only thing worse than an employee calling in sick is an employee not calling in sick when they are sick. Nothing good is going to come of doing a half assed job and infecting the rest of the office.
- dangerboysteve 8y agoI'm not advocating no sicks days. They are a good thing and the last thing I want is a sick person coming into the office and infecting others. The point I was making is that "ideally" this is what is expected.
