I was asking myself the same question - maybe that field customer service and human contact are what makes BB compete effectively with Amazon?
- classichasclass 8y agoMaybe, but the choice of words implied that there was some limit on their aspirations. However, she seemed to do very well in the field and clearly represented a competitive differentiator. I'm sure Amazon is taking notes.
