You'd trust then more if they told you an obvious lie: "we'll never make a mistake in the future"?
- notatoad 8y agono, i'd trust them more if they told me they removed the decision point where this mistake was made. i don't want "we'll never make this mistake again" any more than i want "we will try really hard not to make this mistake again". what i want to hear is "we can't make this mistake again".
