A Spike in Liver Disease Deaths Among Young Adults Fueled by Alcohol
- grawprog 8y agoWell personally my drinking has increased steadily as my hopelessness with the future has increased. Not much to really look forward to when you're stuck with a debt where half your payments go to interest and you work a job where either your back's going to go, you're going to snap from spending 90% of your time alone with your own thoughts or the toxic dust your surrounded by every day is likely slowly giving you cancer or silicosis. Where one hour of your work is worth about $2000 to your boss but $22 for you. So, beer's pretty great at helping you not think about this as you finish yet another day and spend about two hours awake doing things you enjoy 6 days a week before you look forward to another day one more step closer to death. Oh and the entire world seems to have gone fucking psychotic...like honestly, there's a criminal businessman/reality TV star running a country that's done nothing for the entirety of my life but destroy and oppress a good number of the countries in the world and every day all I see is a bunch of fucking idiots arguing about left and right bullshit while a bunch of insanely rich technocrats slowly work to a world of nothing but artificial, technological bullshit and a bunch of fucked up neo conservative/liberal I dont even fucking know any more rich people are slowly turning the world into a giant prison of war and strife with their money making wars and geopolitical insanity.
