Ask HN: How to Export a React Web App to a Static HTML and CSS Package?

I have been searching for ages, hunting for things in Internet. All I could see were static site generators, different types and apps in React JS. Scenario: I have got a nice nifty app created with React JS with login and other functionality. Another team would like to check out the pure HTML & CSS version of it without React. Question: Is this possible? Can I export the whole application to pure HTML, CSS, JavaScript and assets and zip it and send it to the other team? If someone could help, it would be awesome.
