Isn't saline literally just salt water?

  This is saline that you're going to warm up and then inhale. And you're only going to do this if you're already ill. I don't think you should need a prescription for saline, but it's a little more complicated than salt water.

  Yes, it's just very clean water with 0.9% of salt.
