While so much of the focus of tech is on how we can change the world and find customers in heavily urbanized and developed parts of the country - the customers who could stand to benefit the most from innovation are oft overlooked. The book also serves as a great reminder that rural or non-seaboard cities aren't necessarily 'backwaters'.
