Why do you have to challenge trends? At a workplace? Online? Why? What's the point?

This is a strawman, of course, and it might betray that you aren't being entirely honest about your motives.
- amanzi 8y agoIt's in the workplace. I have opportunities to both challenge and recommend new trends and so I'm just looking for advice on how to best approach challenging trends that appear to be popular to the point where you are considered a luddite if you dare to challenge them.
