I'm all for donating health record information for the greater good to universities and researches to analyse and progress science and knowledge etc. However, this government has no idea what is doing, the framework is poor, oversight is poor, without a doubt the implementation will be poor and its pulling a "swift on" on the public. Lets not forget, this is a government that couldn't handle an IT system thad a few million people filling out a census form online.
