Is this:
a) the ratio that complete the form and don't confirm email b) those that view the signup page but don't submit the signup form?

- phillipseamore 8y ago1) Have you checked what number of the emails bounce? (Incorrect or non existent addresses) 2) Have you thought about skipping password setup and using magic links instead?
