My opinion is that once you tie the shorter term goals of the nonprofit to investor return on investment you've introduced a dangerous incentive for investors to exercise leverage over that nonprofit and potentially misalign its long term goals.
- dandare 8y agoThe traditional financial model has dangerous incentives on its own. Non-profits need to show more accountability.
