Well now I feel stupid, hah. Yes ocean levels are rising... I'm just curious why the rain seems to only fall over the oceans... Could it be that the extensive amounts of water trapped in our clouds can only condense when they're over cooler waterfilled regions? I had never thought of that compounding effect of climate change... I am a little freaked out right now, not going to lie.
